During our last FDA Audit, the inspector said she’s never seen anyone so organized. (And you know that me/organized is an oxymoron) Very reasonably priced too. Keep up the good work!

So sorry to hear this news. When our wives kicked us out of our home kitchens 11 years ago after getting salsa splattered on the ceiling (don’t ask how)- Jorge took us in and allowed us use of his commercial kitchen at Mango during the wee hours of Sunday mornings. He’d stop in and whip up some sandwiches for us. We owe our entire success to his kindness. Thank you Mango. Thank you for everything.

We love this photo. I think I’ll get it blown up. It captures the essence of Two Men and a Garden. These peppers are beautiful and grown by our young farmer / student Nate Long from Pop Pop and Co. In Wildwood. Nates off to college so he talked his mom into picking this batch for us! So the Two Men are happy. Nates happy because he got a fat Venmo. Mom and our chopping team - not so happy. However you customers will be happy when you continue to get the top quality ridiculo...usly fresh ingredients in every hand poured jar of salsa and hand packed jar of pickles.
