The Bathroom This space was completely gutted down to the studs. What’s new:... all new plumbing all new electric marble tile green ship lap walls wallpapered ceiling onyx shower walls matte black rain head shower faucet new ‘old fashioned’ toilet new vessel sink fresh towels pencil sconces crystal ceiling light made one of the original house doors into a sliding barn door bathroom vanity out of sofa table added crown molding new blinds To accomplish all this we removed old cast iron tub removed old sink knocked out plastic wall tiles and plaster removed all plumbing and electrical leveled the bathroom floor put up drywall swapped the layout new glass in a window that somehow got broken ***cough, cough, dad This bathroom really pulls together the vintage, elegant aspects we wanted to incorporate into the western, farmhouse vibe. The Queen Room This room did a complete transformation. The previous owners used this room as their living room, behind those (locked) barn doors is an arched entry way into what was their dining room and what is now our living room. ... all new furniture fresh paint new wiring new chandelier refinished makeup vanity white velvet curtains new rug refinished barn doors This is the only bedroom on the main floor and is found directly to your left when you walk into the front door.

In this room we incorporated a piece of furniture from the previous owners. Counting down the days till our first guest arrive!
