Insights from the Smokies: getting outside gives you life inspiration is everywhere... intentional living is critical authentic living will not make you friends or bring you business, but it WILL reduce stress I've lived much of my life on auto-pilot ... wake up, go go go, work, go go go, and go to bed, then repeat. Its exhausting. I love my life, my work, and my family, but I have lived SO MUCH of it under stress and not really IN-JOY-ING it or them! THAT STOPS NOW! Well, actually, it stopped in 2020 when I decided that I had to do something different or succumb to darkness. So, I set some limits and started living more authentic. It's not easy and I'm not perfect at it ... but I am pushing through and finding huge results. Folks, I don't know how you need to do it ... but I want to encourage you to dig deep, listen to your intuition, and live according to what your body and Spirit are whispering to you. America has IT WRONG! Prosperity isn't in wealth, it's in balanced living. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
