Must have at least 10 years non stop experience in auto repair. Specializing in all light duty makes and models. Must be extremely motivated. Must pass drug test. You will not be fumbling around with complicated diagnostics and jobs that don't pay good. I aim to keep you PRODUCTIVE and flagging at least 8 to 12 hours a day average. Must be capable of turning 20 in an 8 hour day on normal jobs. Must have organized mentality, at least 10k invested in personal tools, good attitude, and mostly care about what you're doing.
