Thank you to everyone who attended our OPA style team shoot yesterday! While we did not have the Open crowd I had hoped for due to the State field shoot being held on the same weekend we were still able to draw in some of top archers in the state, which is what I was hoping we could do with an event like this! But the Bowhunter crowd showed up in full force! 1st place took home $300!! Congratulations Jerry and Kenny on your 1st place finish! And congrats to Jaron Bussard and Michael Baker on your 1st place finish in the Men’s Known class. That back stake wasn’t no joke. We plan on hosting this event again next year, and will do what we can to make a few improvements and have an even better course set up for you next year! Thanks again for all the support!

Just a reminder for those planning on attending the team shoot this weekend. Shotgun start is at 9 am. So please be there plenty early to get signed in and assigned to your stake. We will not be accepting any shooters after everyone begins shooting.

For everyone wondering, we are still having our shoot on Sunday. It does look like it’s going to be a little wet so I’d pack your boots! And there is a chance of rain Sunday morning but looks to clear off as the day goes on. So instead of cutting off sign in at noon, we will continue to accept shooters into the afternoon for those of you who want to wait out the weather!

Ok.. Correction for the previous post. We will be having our April Shoot on the 20th instead of the 21st. I changed it to the 21st without realizing that was Easter Sunday. So we will do Saturday the 20th!! I do realize State Fair is also having a shoot that day.. so for our northern Missouri guys, I understand if that’s where you end up instead of range. That is just simply the best day we have available with our schedules. I apologize for the confusion.

Hey everyone, we will be pushing our April Shoot back a few weeks from the 7th to the 21st! We are hoping that the extra couple weeks will allow the course enough time to dry out so we can actually get around on the course to setup!!

*SHOOT CANCELLED!!!* Well folks, I hate to do this but it is just too dang wet out here. I was having trouble just getting through the gate this evening to go set up the range. I apologize for everyone who was planning on coming out, hope you all understand.
