To all our customers, we will be handing out orders and collecting money at our table in Magruder until 3pm today and between 10 and 3 tomorrow. Please stop by to see us!

Did you place an order for lamb brats or burgers? Are you anxiously awaiting picking up your order before the semester ends? Tru-Ewes will have a table set up next week on Wednesday, April 13th and Thursday, April 14th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm for students and faculty to pay for and pick up their orders. We'll also be selling the remaining packages of brats. Please stop by and see us! We here at Tru-Ewes would first off like to thank everyone who has purchased meat from our group! Second, we would like everyone to know that we only have 13 packages of brats left! So, if you haven't ordered any yet and would like to purchase a package or two, please let us know! Thank you again for all of the support.

Here's our Tuewesday Trivia for the week! Just a day late. Did you know that lamb is one of the leanest meats we can consume? This is because there is very little fat in the meat, usually only at the edges where it can be trimmed off. Because of this there is around 175 calories in an average 3 ounce serving. This is only 7% of the recommended caloric intake for a 23-50 year-old male. Also, 64% of the fat from lamb is mono or polyunsaturated fat, which is considered "good" fat to have in your diet.

Some of you got to taste them yesterday at the BBQ, but here's a chance to bring our brats home! They are $7 for a package of 4. No shipping is available, so pick up in Kirksville or make other arrangements with a Tru-Ewes member. All proceeds support our capstone project! We are determining our remaining inventory of burgers based on orders already placed, but may have some for sale as well in the near future.
