The Smith family added a new member last week. Please meet Snoop(y). He is getting bigger and faster by the day. He is sleeping under my desk right now. Definitely going to be my dog!

The mortgage industry is a little different right now. Conventional primary homes are still enjoying really low rates. Government loans such as FHA and VA have seen rates go up on some of their products. That is unusual, but it speaks to the amount of uncertainty going on in the economy. Hopefully soon everything will get more "normal".

I hope everyone is surviving/enjoying social distancing. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks we start to see the curve flatten. The sooner that happens the quicker everything will get back to "normal". Please let me know if any of you need anything at any point in this experience. We can do it!

For all of you wondering... no I do not think rates can fall much further. Eventually the the supply and demand aspect will keep rates from going lower. Just my opinion though.
