Learning how to defend yourself isn’t a guy thing or a kid thing it’s an everyone thing. Learning how to defend yourself can help you in so many aspects of your life. As I’ve said before no one has ever regretted knowing how to defend themselves.

Congratulations to Sebastian earning his Orange Belt here at Tracy’s Karate. This promotion is even more impressive considering Sebastian earned a Black Belt in taekwondo previously; being open minded enough to begin the journey again in a new style is very commendable. Jim Laurentius
