TOUCHWORK OF WESTON MASSAGE THERAPY SCHEDULED TO REOPEN ON MONDAY, JUNE 1 Julie and I are thrilled to announce our plan to reopen our practice! We have a lot of new supplies on order to meet industry recommendations, so keep your fingers crossed that they arrive promptly. We will begin the scheduling process on Tuesday, May 26, with the goal of starting to provide services on June 1. Due to COVID-19, Touchwork of Weston will temporarily downsize to one treatment room to avoid... overlapping clients and ensure that we have adequate time to clean and disinfect between each session. The larger size of Julie's treatment room does allow us to continue providing both couples massages and individual sessions, but at this time will not be able to provide two individual sessions at the same time. Because the health and safety of our clients is very important to us, we are asking clients who are pregnant, have compromised immune systems or other high risk health issues to seriously consider whether massage therapy is appropriate for them at this time. We are more than happy to discuss any concerns you may have. As before, we will be providing services by appointment only. If you are experiencing a fever, cough or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or have been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact. For your peace of mind, any cancellation fee due to COVID-19 issues will be waived. Updated protocols will follow shortly, and these may change periodically as more knowledge becomes available regarding this pandemic.
