I’ve been really busy with work lately and haven’t been in the gym as much l, so I’ve switched my workout to 3 major compound movements and some added accessories. What’s something you do to make your time in the gym more efficient?

I’ve been reflecting a little bit lately.. A little over a year ago I was unemployed, had no vehicle, and on the verge of being without a place to live. I steadily put myself on the grind since then- last summer I had three jobs. This year; I started my own company, started buying a house, a truck and have a baby girl on the way. When you put in the work, things work for you.... It is never too late or too early to recreate your life. Ab check after being out of the gym since Tuesday, and so sick I could barely leave the house. I lost 7 pounds since Tuesday, I’m feeling better today though- still a little weak and dehydrated, but it was a nice cut On a real note it’s been well over a year since I’ve missed more than a day in the gym. So after binge watching Peaky Blinders and using the last few days for recovery - I’m definitely coming back with a vengeance.
