Assessing and caring for patients in their home. Wide variety of patients and needs to include IV antibiotics administration, wound care, teaching of chronic disease processes and establishing care plans to assist patient in their health. Charting is electronic. Must have a current RN license in good standing and reliable transportation.

Helping eldery and disabled in their homes with personal care, cooking, laundry, light housekeeping and shopping/errands.
