The Dungeon

I had a brief conversation with two young men the other day who have aspirations of one day having his own gym. I explained to him, the best advice I can give is to have the skin thick enough that you can weather every storm that comes your way. Be prepared to walk in valleys so deep you cannot see the top of the mountain. If you are able to keep the faith and push forward. Success will be within your reach. There are times I am so grateful for the memory reminders of Faceb...ook. Watching this first video makes my heart swell with joy, thankfulness, appreciation and pride.
