All righty - as most places are now reopening, we must still be cautious and respectful. No more than no more than 3 people in the closing room.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ONLY Customers Signing for a closing will be ALLOWED TO COME IN OUR OFFICE - Realtors / Lenders / family members, etc, will NOT BE ALLOWED IN AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE OFFICE... We at Titan Title have been monitoring everything Real Estate. I know many of you have heard about the E-closings, or Remote Online Notary (RON), Titan will always do what is best for the clients as well as follow any and all closing procedures legally and ethically. As soon as we have confirmed with Underwriting, State, and County guidelines, as well as those of the lending institutions, we will promptly initialize protocols for legal and accurate "e-closings / RON" - please stay tuned - and thank you for all of your loyalty and kindness during this time.

In light of current events we feel it’s necessary and responsible to make adjustments at Titan Title & Closing. We ask that you, our valued clients, work with us as we make changes during closings at this time. These temporary changes are in an effort to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our valued customers and Titan employees. At this time, we will be asking that the closing rooms be limited to only those individual(s) required to sign documents. We understand tha...t closing day is a very significant day in the lives of homebuyers, sellers, their families and the team of realtors and lenders that have helped them through the process...but, we feel that it is also extremely important to ensure the safety of our clients and Titan employees to the best of our ability. In addition to decreasing the number of individuals within the closing rooms for this time period, we will immediately begin using single use pens for each closing and will continue sanitizing to the best of our ability between closings. Thank you for your patience as we take these measures to ensure the safety of our customers, clients and Titan employees.
