We are searching for a polite, professional Call Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by asking and answering questions, handling complaints, and... troubleshooting problems with our services. The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of outbound calls/inbound call and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response. To be a successful Call Center Representative, you should be professional, results driven, motivated, customer focused, detail oriented, and efficient. You should be reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable, and able to handle rejection. Hours: Mon- 9am-6pm Tues-Thur -10 am-6 pm Fri - 10 am-4 pm NEVER WORK A WEEKEND! Call Center Representative Job Duties: Timely Must be in the office Monday through Friday Making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming, and/or clarifying information as needed Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position Adhering to all company policies and procedure Job Type: Full-time Hourly pay plus Bonus! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
