@havahartbrand live traps work great! So great someone managed to catch 2 little chipmunks in 1 trap! . However, after a chilly night outside and their reluctance to leave the trap (and each other) we determined they are likely littermates who aren’t quite ready to strike out on their own yet. Usually you should release them back where caught to find their mom and siblings, but this wasn’t an option for us. . Our friends @wildliferescuestl happily took them in to care for the...m and grow them up just a little bit more before being released back into the wild.
