Cleo A. Tidd, age 96, formally of New Melle, MO, passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. She is survived by her son Chuck (Kathy), two granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. Cleo was a resident of New Melle for many, many years. She touched many lives and helped many people through friendship, her faith, and her business, Tidd Realty.
