Here at The WHOLE Kitchen we are passionate about bringing you food that nourishes your body and your palate. We often get asked about certain specifics regarding our meals and we love questions! But we’re here to share, that while we know some people require specified diets and special ways of eating, here at The WHOLE Kitchen our goal is to make you fall in love with nourishing your body through organic, simple, natural and fresh foods. We prefer not to use labels like ket...o, low-carb, under 300 calories or the like. Why? Because putting labels on food can put some in an unhealthy mindset and our mission is just the opposite! As a certified naturopath and a certified personal trainer, we see that the healthiest clients are the ones that love food, love their bodies, and love life! One of the rules we live by is eat WHOLE foods, mostly plants, and just enough! Simple! Lunch: chefs salad loaded with local hard boiled eggs, avocado, nitrate free bacon, sunflower seeds, tomatoes, carrots, cheese (on the side) and served with a yummy ranch dressing! And a side of hummus with pita bread. To make it totally gluten free, ask for the gluten free crackers instead of the pita bread. ... I’ve got dinner cookin’ for y’all and it’s looking mighty delicious! We’ve got a stuffed pepper casserole with peppers, organic spinach, organic brown rice, grass fed beef, a little cheese, a little cilantro on the side and some green yogurt too. Lunch: wild caught tuna on either our choice of a local sourdough or canyon bakehouse gluten free bread served with kettle chips! Can also ask to do it as a salad if bread isn’t your thing! Dinner: organic veggies and grass fed beef stuffed in peppers but made into a casserole with some yummy cheese and served with a large side salad!
