This half strut freeze dried turkey head by The Turkey Roost was one of two that won best in state for the freeze dried division. It's the first in a series of bronze turkey heads. The only way this could have come about is with my talented friend and colleague, Aaron Schulte, who has his own series of bronzes. All we did was the freeze drying and the rest was left in his talented hands to produce this one of a kind display piece.
