Columbia Parks and Recreation will host a "Drive-Boo" trick-or-treat Halloween event from 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 31. This safe and low-contact trick-or-treating experience will take place at the south end of Cosmo Park, located at 1615 Business Loop 70.

Small businesses adversely affected by COVID-19 are being offered a new resource by the city of Columbia's Housing Programs Division in the form of a Small Business Recovery Loan Program.

The purpose of this meeting is to receive citizen input on priority housing and community development needs resulting from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
