So the last few weeks with holidays, school, births- all have been busy. I haven’t had much time to plan out exercises or meal planning. So I decided to splurge and get Ring Fit Adventures. Anyone else have this? It’s fun and makes me do all the exercises I don’t like doing.... like this!

Here is one of my favorite easy recipes. I love Chinese food, but a lot of it is bogged down with oils and fats. It just made me feel tired and bloated after eating. I found this recipe and modified it a little since I wasn’t going to add more ingredients to our pantry I wouldn’t consistently use. I know ground chicken can get pricey, about $5.99 a pound. Yikes! If you have a food processor you can process regular chicken breast or just use more finely chopped chicken. To add more veggies to this you can toss in chopped cabbage or broccoli. I like this as an easy meal prep for my lunches for the week because it reheats well. #HiitHome #foodisfuel #myhealth #easyrecipes

Good things coming.... I’ve lost motivation for awhile.... as in a few years, but I am currently working on some content for this page. Things I hope you’ll love, enjoy, find beneficial! I’ll be posting some food ideas, work outs (for weights, body weight, cardio, running), general health info, really things that are helpful to know when starting/updating/revamping you health routine. I am going on 12 years with my NASM certification, and health is still a passion of mine.
