CLEARANCE SALE: SOUND AND LIGHT GEAR, INSTRUMENTS, TVS, FURNITURE - please message with questions We are moving along with the packing and moving process at The Grove, and plan to be out after the weekend, so now is the time if you want anything. We have a rolling tower which ran our sound system, containing a noise gate/expander/compressor, 3way crossover, Furman 8 outlet power conditioner, Peavey CS800 and Crown XLS1500 power amps.... We have a variety of vocal mics, mic stands both large and small, music stands, XLR, speaker and mic cables galore, large PA speakers as shown (I plan to keep the Pulse speakers that are marked Orange Grove Studios, but the Kustom dual 15" cabinets and the pair of Sun speakers are up for grabs). We also have custom-built sound-deadening panels, filled with Roxil insulation, perfect for home studios. The enormous light rig is available at a bargain basement price for anyone who wants to break it down and take it away! Lights, computer to run them, a 100 ft mic snake, a Wurlitzer acoustic piano (recently tuned), Hammond M3 organ (the "Baby B3) ... We also have a Peavey 26 channel soundboard, some photo lights and a green screen with frame, and some remaining furniture; tables, chairs, an ottoman and a few others, including a large glass-topped display case, and a variety of throw rugs and runners. And don't forget an 8' illumitated marquee sign! It just needs new fluorescents. The lettering that is on there is just dry erase markers, and you can order sets of the plastic letters on eBay. But it all needs to go, and fast, before we have to move it to storage.

Friends, please share this post: For those of you who are not yet aware, The Grove has closed for business. We are vacating the space. We have furniture and various other things which we will not need. Fortunately, we do not need to tear out all the construction we did, which is a huge relief. If any of my friends are interested in helping to take stuff away, I can pay you in items from the space, or sell them cheap, depending upon the value of the item.... First thing is we have a pool table which is free to anyone who wants to take it away. We also have some TVs and computers, and some of the sound/light gear will not be needed. In particular, if anyone actually wants a full-stage light rig for a performance venue, that is available at a bargain price Many other items must go, inckuding books, decor items, shelving, and a slew of other things.
