A Hermann woman has been charged with first-degree murder following a Dec. 15 shooting. A press release from the Hermann police department acknowledged two prior trips to the residence for reports of verbal domestics between Ms. Weber and A.F. while adding, During one of these incidents, Ms. Weber stated she had a gun and would shoot A.F. if he came at her, according to the probable cause statement filed by Hermann policeman Justin Lintermoot.
