It is officially BAKING SEASON people! Let’s talk ingredients, sugar specifically. Are they all the same? Our date sugar is made from dried, desiccated dates and absolutely nothing else. Every ounce contains a wealth of nutrients including potassium, magnesium, calcium and antioxidants! PRO TIP Date sugar does not dissolve well in beverages (because of the fiber) but does beautifully in baking! Because date sugar can actually play a bulking roll in baking (such as flour) we recommend subbing it for sugar 1:1 and decreasing the amount of flour called for in your recipe by 25%. #datesugar #thedatelady #dates #sweetenedbydates #fruitsweetened #naturalsweetener
