Hello there! Here's the news: First, in collaboration with our new architectural company, our team came up with some new ideas in our approach to the Cascade at Mission project. In short, we reconfigured the floor plan. This new design plan raised the total number of Airbnb units from twenty to twenty-four.... Our projected monthly income from Airbnb units moves higher to $31,523. The profit from the Airbnb component of our model is, of course, distributed only to equity owners. Second, we added a 3rd-floor deck with spectacular views of the Kansas City skyline. The deck can host a 200 person wedding reception with a dance floor. These modifications raised monthly income from operation for equity investors across the board. Please note only equity investors participate in the profits from Airbnb, wedding venue, catering, and other operations.
