New workouts are now posted online!

To comply with STL City shutdown we will be stopping classes this week. All active members will have our online class archive uploaded to your accounts. We will continue to make new content for our classes that will cater to at home workouts. These classes can be accessed using your login credentials on our website www.theboxinggym-stl.com under the About Us tab. Use the drop down menu to select the Account tab to get to the login. At this moment videos will only play if you are using a Mac or PC. If anyone needs help with their login call us at 314-534-9200.
