It's Friday, yay! We're so thrilled to be baking up a storm once again! Blue Hill will be at the Rolla Downtown Farmers Market tomorrow, from 8:00-12:00. We'll be debuting three new scones, Maple Bacon, Triple Berry and Sour Cream Cinnamon Raisin. We'll also have Lemon Poppy Seed and Cranberry-Orange scones, as well as gluten-free Raspberry-Lemon scones. The ever-popular Raspberry Streusel Coffeecake & Double Chocolate Toffee Biscotti will round out our options. We hope to see you tomorrow

As you all know, we are no longer serving Breakfast at Blue Hill on Saturday mornings. However, we will be returning to the Rolla Downtown Farmers Market this Saturday! We will be attending as many Saturdays as possible. Please keep an eye on our page to stay up to date on our attendance, as well as a peak at what we will be bringing!

We would like to thank all of you who came out & joined us for Breakfast at Blue Hill! We have had a wonderful time meeting new friends, as well as having Farmers Market friends join us. Unfortunately, we, like many small businesses, have felt the devastating effects of mandates! We have continued to operate with ever dwindling numbers of guests. In light of that, we have made the very difficult decision to discontinue Breakfast at Blue Hill. We will continue to offer fresh... baked & take-and-bake pastries through our website, Blue-hill-company.square.site. Thank you so much for your support & encouragement!

Good evening and Happy New Year from all of us at the Blue Hill Company! We will be serving breakfast tomorrow, 1/2, from 8-11am. In honor of a new year, we have 2 new scones on the menu for this week! The Toasted Almond White Chocolate Scones are a moist, lightly-sweet family classic. The Triple Berry Scones feature strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries with a delightful sugar topping. We will also be serving Gluten-Free Blueberry-Lemon Scones, Raspberry Cream Cheese ...Danish Puff, Frosted Banana Bread, Death by Chocolate Zucchini Bread, Cinnamon Streusel Coffeecake, Shredded Potato Cups, and Crustless Mini Quiches. We hope to see you tomorrow!

I don't know about you guys, but the snowfall yesterday put me in the mood for all things warm & toasty. Hot cocoa? Warm cider? A good cup of coffee? Yes, please!! We are in the mood for food! To be more specific, Christmas flavored food! Tomorrow's Breakfast at Blue Hill includes another stellar line-up. We will have Peppermint Mocha Scones, a Gingerbread loaf, Cranberry-Orange Scones, an Almond Danish Puff, Raspberry Streusel coffeecake, our gluten-free Blueberry-Lemon Scones, Crustless-Mini Quiches, Shredded Potato Cups and our own, signature Hot Cocoa. In addition to our dine-in & take-out Breakfast options, we will have Christm...as treats available for purchase. We will even have free samples for you to try. So stop out tomorrow, 12/5 from 8-11:00, for breakfast and let us help you get a head start on your Christmas treats!
