NEW to our cheese case! Brambly Ayr is a raw cow’s milk, alpine style cheese made by Elderslie Creamery in Kechi Kansas. It is rubbed with blackberries and aged for 6 months. New from our cave! Introducing Shuttlecock Tomme. Green Dirt Farm makes these lovely cow and sheep blended cheeses and then we age them for about three months to get a nice natural rind going. The flavors are buttery, nutty and sweet. It’s an easy table cheese that hits all the right notes.
