Whenever someone says "MTHFR" isn't relavant (like a physician at an esteemed hospital told to a recent patient who not only had a uterine anomaly but her first... cousin had spina bifida), I say, this person does not understand methylation & how critical it is in reproduction, for women AND men. Time to get rid of synthetic folic acid as it doesn't help even those who do not have MTHFR. FYI, I test both female and male infertility patients for MTHFR. It’s crazy to me that Doctors are not trained in healing the body naturally. Maybe if they were we’d have more kids on pre and probiotics and less on pharmaceuticals... Heal the gut, Heal the brain. The body is amazing!
