Had an awesome hike today!

During Covid break I worked out on my Pilates reformer a lot and practiced my headstand with the goal that when I got to go to the beach I could do a headstand there.....goal accomplished!!!

Today ....outside the studio! I love my neighborhood So wonderful to feel like people are livinglife again

So excited that Kitchen House Coffee opened yesterday and are using part of our patio for outdoor seating!!! We have talked about it for a couple years but social distancing made it a requirement. They have wonderful shade under the big tree and it makes the neighborhood feel like it’s coming back to life.... I am grateful
