As always, we will contact family members if there is any change of condition with your loved one. Also, there are NO active cases at Crystal Oaks. CMS, along with the Missouri Department of Senior Services has mandated that we restrict visitation of all visitors until further notice. We will begin enforcing this restriction at 1:00 PM today, Saturday, March 14, 2020. We have no active cases at this time.
