Hey everyone!! You're invited to our back to school pool party August 22. We'll be grilling and handing out school supplies from 12-4pm. Google Fiber will be out as well with a price give away! Be sure to drop by for fun, food and free stuff with The Fountains community!

Open house is in full swing! There is still a chance to get in on all the drawing and prizes. Tell a friend, residents get a $200 referral bonus!

We will be having a Spookiest Balcony Contest. Residents accessorize your balcony with scary Halloween decorations. 1st place gets a $50 Visa gift card and 2nd place a $25 Visa gift card.

We would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers to our Residents during the past few days. We are happy that no one was hurt in the fire and special thanks to the residents, family and friends and the Red Cross for their immediate assistance to comfort those residents.
