New RINGER alert : We just loved last year’s fall-themed taco so much that we decided to put a new 2020 spin on it. Meet WITCH, PLEASE: Soyrizo, fried potatos, house roasted salsa, topped with onions, cilantro, pepitas, and cotija all on a flour tortilla. Vegan friendly and super tasty.

This weekend will be the last opportunity for you to grab our current RINGER. Starting next week, we’ll be slinging something new but just as delicious. The next few days, drop by and pick up the current RINGERPineapple Pig v2.0! We marinate pork shoulder in pineapple juice for 48 hours and then smoke it low and slow. Pairing it with some flat-top grilled pineapple, Verde sauce, pico, cilantro, and cotija.

Hellllllllo cocktail hour! Have you tried our Rozza Sunrise? It’s our house mezcal/tequila blend, with a bit of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur (**only the best Cherry liqueur out there ) then topped up with Blood Orange @sanpellegrino_us with a spritz of Orange zest. Smoky. Tangy. Sweet.

This one of a kind piece highlights the best of Cherry Street (including our tiny red shop)!

Say hello to the TT Jalapeno Pomegranate Marg. We infuse our house blend tequila with sliced jalapenos for 14-16 hours or so, then add some sweet pomegranate juice. The result is a spicy and vibrant margarita that pairs well with any menu item.

If we had a mantra it would be Eat Tacos, Pet Doggos. It’s a good one. We don’t recommend switching those two items around. These sweet new shirts are available at our shop for purchase if you too would like to announce your taco and doggo love.

NEW SUPER SECRET HOT SAUCE : MESS WITH TEXAS features choc habaneros, moritas, New Mexico chiles, a healthy helping of Dr. Pepper, fried onions, and Miggy’s Garlic-Jal oil. It’s a 5/10 on the scale and packs a lingering mellow heat.

It’s Wednesday and we’re serving up smiles and margs all night.

Things are getting spooky around the shop but the only frightening thing about these nachos is how scary good they are. Our Average Joe nachos feature USDA choice ground beef, slow-simmered house-made Rojo sauce, cheddar cheese, and shrettuce all on top of our hand-cut chips. Pro tip: ask for sour cream and top with your favorite @elyucateco_hotsauce for the ultimate nacho experience.
