UPDATE: Caesar is looking great! He arrived 7 weeks ago here with a body score of 1. He has gained well and looks great fit a 30+ year old horse. Thank you everyone who make it possible. He will need to continue this special feed for the rest of his life since he doesn’t have teeth to eat hay. Enjoy!

We had great volunteers again today! They learned how to feed. Good volunteers are always needed at any rescue organization!

We received a phone call from a wonderful woman with Three donkeys that need our help! The lady is 75 and had a brain aneurysm and they need a safe place to land. She had to move out of her home and they had to be left behind. We will need $500 that will cover the vaccinations, worming, farrier care, dentals, and coggins. Will you donate $5? ... The donkeys had visitors yesterday. They braved the weather amd found out that donkeys were worth it!

Today is bittersweet. We are super happy for Baby Holly and Marianna. They have a family of their own now. What a great way to ring in the new year. Congratulations Regan and family on your new extended members. Please send lots of pics often! They will surely be missed here.
