Announcement regarding Missouri expungements: As of August 28, 2021, you may expunge your felony if at least 3 years have gone by since the end of your disposition and you may expunge your misdemeanor, municipal offense, or infraction if at least 1 year has gone by since the end of your disposition. That means the end of your jail sanction, the end of your probation, or the day you paid your fine. There are limits to this. Only 1 felony and only 2 misdemeanors can be expunged.... Many offenses are not eligible. DWI’s/DUI’s are covered under a different expungement statute and they require at least 10 years to have gone by since the end date of your disposition, as explained above.
