REMINDER!!!!! Evening classes this Friday evening (February 5th) are cancelled. We will still have a 530am, 9am and Noon. The 9am class on Saturday is also cancelled. Come to CrossFit Provision in Springfield and cheer on our athletes as they compete in the Midwest Meltdown!!!!

Be ready. The TRCF nutrition challenge begins Monday, but the kickoff will be this coming Saturday!
