Happy April 15th! As we do after every tax season, we will be closed April 16th and 17th for some much needed time off. We will be available till 4:30 today to assist you and will return Monday, April 20th at 8:00am. Stay safe!

COVID 19 OFFICE PROCEDURES Dropping information off? Make sure your documents are properly labeled with your name in an envelope and drop them in the secure vault box to the left of our door. We will check this twice daily.... Picking up your tax return? Please call us at 636-928-5416 when you are in the parking lot. Stay in your vehicle and we will bring the documents out to you. Please sign any papers necessary and give back to us. You can pay our staff by check or credit card at that time. If you have questions, call us at 636-928-5416.

In an effort to be safe and socially responsible, we have closed our office to the public effective March 20, 2020 at 5:00 PM. We will be working remotely from home and you will be able to reach us by e-mail or phone. We anticipate having a skeleton crew on site to facilitate processing and questions. If you are stopping at the office to bring documents to us or pick up your tax return, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES LISTED IN THE FOLLOWING POST.... Staff will not be able to go over your return with you in person as they have in the past. There will be detailed instructions with your paperwork as always and if you have any questions, we will be happy to go over those with you on the phone. We will delay transmitting the e-file forms for 3 days in case you have additions or changes to your return. The IRS and the State of Missouri have issued guidance and all tax returns and any amounts due April 15th will automatically be extended to July 15th. This extension also applies to your 1st quarter estimated tax payments to the IRS and Missouri. We sincerely pray everyone will be safe and remain healthy as we all deal with this crisis together during our new normal.
