Spring is finally here, the rains are making everything green up and color is appearing.

Can’t be that many years all ready..

Spring had finally blossomed at the Bungalowjust in time for the big storm rolling in well it’s truly spring weather time. New ween house and feeders added and we are ready for the season.

Well I’m sitting on the curb with my new desk waiting for Doug to return with the truck. Holy Crap!! It was on the curb outside of the thrift store. I walked u...p from the parking lot going it can’t be... it had to be new.. Nope a #1133 Limbert student circa 1911 desk, with original glass inkwell. And we had a $10 off coupon. I have been waiting years ... for my desk. And the planets finally aligned!! Maybe time for a lottery ticket on the way home! See more

Anybody else ready for the temperatures that will be teasing us this week? I’m ready to play in the dirt!!!

What a great year for the yard, helped me keep my sanity!!

What a sunrise! Hope everyone has a wonderful day filled with beauty and hope from our little bungalow! Fall color continues!

The yard this fall has shown the color I had hoped. I’m sad to know my time spent outside is coming to an end, Winter is not far off. But the spring will hopefully bring new color with all of the new plants in the new beds we added to the landscape. The yard has saved my sanity in 2020, it allowed me to work out my frustration and dig in the soil. I completed so many new projects this year that it feels like it’s been longer then it has. Things happen for a reason, and I’m thankful for the challenges I conquered, pushing myself to create a yard that brings me joy. Several neighbors have voiced their appreciation and admiration for all the work. It’s nice to know it’s bringing others joy as well. This year has been about enjoying the little things and finding beauty in the environment.

Well the big plants are in, just a few hosta and daylillys left to move from my temp beds, been in temporary beds now for two years now so it’s time for perman...ent show spot. It’s always stages. Building structure and color. Always look at it as window glances. Love the sneak peak the weeping pines give. I then have an entire hidden under the great pine patio area to design! See more
