The Shakisso has been elusive as Bigfoot lately but a shipment of green landed at Sumpland yesterday and we are ready to roll. With notes of lemon zest, dark cherry and blue fruit (like berries) this Ethiopian coffee is a real charmer. Two lb bags are back up online and in cafe. Both Saint Louis and Nashville are open - we hope to see you soon!

One more day then Sump Coffee Saint Louis is going on Winter Break for a week Jan 25-31. Bernie waiting for his local coffee shop to just open the gd patio again. Heard, Bernie, heard. ~ Patio is closed for building maintenance but we are open for curbside today through the weekend (Jan 21st-24th) and then closed for a Winter break from Jan 25th - 31st at our South Jefferson STL location. Back open on Feb 1!

Summer is gone but we’re keeping the shrub. For this week’s specialty drink we have the Mulled Coffee Shrub. This hot mock tail is made with a sherry vinegar, bay leaf, juniper, dried fig and black lime simple syrup and steamed with nitro coffee.
