At Sullivan Eye Care, our goal is to serve our patients, therefore we plan to remain open as long as we are able to do so, with some limitations. Here are a few additional changes that we are implementing due to a new CDC advisory: -PLEASE DO NOT ENTER our office if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms or have been exposed to someone who is suspected of having COVID-19: - Fever... - Cough - Difficulty Breathing - Shortness of Breath -If you are elderly or immunocompromised, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment. -If you prefer not to wait in our reception area for your appointment, please call or text the office when you arrive and and our staff will contact you when it is time to see the doctor. -Our waiting room chairs will be spaced the recommended six feet apart to create appropriate "social distancing." This might mean that there are not enough chairs for all of those waiting. If this is the case, you might be asked to wait in your car and will be called when it is time to see the doctor. -The dispensing of glasses and contact lenses will be "curbside." Please call or text the office when you are on your way and then when you arrive and one of our staff will bring them to you in your car. To protect our patients, our staff and our community, additional protective measures will likely be taken in the near future, as this situation evolves. Please be patient. Our office will be closed on December 24 and December 25, to spend time with our families. We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!! We will re-open on Thursday December 26.
