Lewis and Clark Village

This year the Halloween hayride will begin at 6:30pm. Once again for the safety of our trick treaters, we will be closing both ends of lakeshore drive to any non resident traffic. Any resident traffic, we ask that you not pass the hayride. There will be hotdogs and refreshments at the village hall starting at 6:00pm. Let’s have a safe and fun Halloween!

Buchanan County Road and Bridge on behalf of the Village Council anticipate beginning road surfacing this week. This process will include an oil application followed by a surface aggregate to provide better surface quality and assist in preserving recent repairs of troubled areas. The impact for travel will be minimal with half of the drive lanes being done at a time. Please keep the main and side roads clear of vehicles and obstructions until this process is complete.

This was about 30 min ago at the entrance to the lake...lol. All is clear now.
