Sugar Grove Growers has over 12,000 square feet of greenhouse growing space in Troy, MO where we grow most our veggie plants, flowers, perennials, and natives. HOWEVER, we simply could not help ourselves with these tropical plants! We know the change to our new location is an adjustment for many folks in the community, but it means we get to SPREAD OUT and offer awesome plants such as these! ... Most of these are LARGE plants that will help fill in your patio/porch space quickly, and make it feel like a tropical escape! Bonus, they’re easy to care for and VERY show-y! Available mid-late April. We have to wait to bring them out until threat of frost is lower.

I don’t know about you, but I found 2020 rather stressful. Like many of you, I’m ready to move on. However, I think there are some things that came out of 2020 that are worth appreciating. We began to appreciate our homes. They became more than just a food factory and place to lay our head at night. The plants we planted there helped positively affect our health, wellness, and our environment at home. ... Don’t you want more of that peace at home? We get to choose how we live our lives every day. People who keep flowers/plants in/at their home feel happier, less stressed, and more relaxed. As we get back to normal in 2021, I encourage you to take inventory of the things that DID go well around your home in 2020, and do more of that in 2021. Don't think you have time for gardening? Think again. How did your parents or grandparents have time for it? There was less on TV to watch in those days. You may have to put off your favorite show until next fall . Or, maybe gardening for you is a few pots or planters. You don't have to go BIG to be a gardener.
