Studies show that it takes roughly 21 days to form a new habit, but it can take over 100 days to break a habit. Your skin care regimen Are you in love with the products you’re using? Are you seeing a difference in your skin? Are you excited about using your products? ... The easiest way to form a new routine, is to be excited about it! If you’re not excited and happy with your skin care, you are less likely to be consistent and won’t have the outcomes you desire. It is also important to start small! Trying to change your skin care routine from one step to five steps, isn’t very realistic and you are less likely to follow through with it. Start by just adding or changing just one product.
