Salt dough ornaments! A simple craft you can do at home using stuff you probably already have! You can even do this with kids! How to: Mix 4 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt and 1.5 cups of water. Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper or Saran wrap and roll out to about 1/4 thick. Use cookie cutters to cut out dough pieces. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment. Use a straw or skewer to make hole in ornament. Place in 200 degree oven for 1-2 hours depending on thickness. Get creative with your ornaments! Use paint, glitter, make them into garland.. whatever you want!! To lengthen the life or your ornaments, add a layer of mod podge to seal.

Our gnome workshop was one of our most popular last year! Should we bring it back this year? Let us know if you’d be interested! Don’t forget, if you have at least six people, we can offer this as a private workshop to you and friends, office employees, family members...whoever you want joining you!

Dried orange garland, an easy DIY you can do at home! There are so many fun ways to decorate your home and tree with this garland! Let us know if you give it a try To make: Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cut two oranges into about 1/4 slices. Blot oranges with a paper towel then arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 3 hours, flipping halfway through. If possible, leave oranges in the oven overnight with oven turned off. That will help them dry out! Using an embroidery needle, thread your twine through the oranges. (If you don’t have a needle just use your scissors to make a hole) To prevent the oranges from sliding, tie a single knot with each slice. You can space slices however far apart you’d like, we did about 3 between each. Make garland as long as you’d like and have fun decorating!
