WoW 501lbs! He took his time but failed to use his legs...n still pulled it went for a 4th n got 507! 9 for 9 day ALL attempts were Nat'l records! 10/3/20

We're SO PROUD of the 4 lifters who went to Ohio and crushed it at the USPA Drug Tested Nationals 9/ 4-7 setting World n National Records for their corresponding weight n age categories! All that was missing was my loud yelling!!!

??Humm...I don't know whether to take my hat off or slap those who use our sauna right now...go sit outside n sweat and soak in some vitamin D at the same time...its perfect sauna weather out there. Just sayin cjt
