Barracks Athlete Spotlight! Shaun Brooks has, without a doubt, taken over the role of "Gym Dad." With his constant hype and encouragement, he is responsible for much of our positive training atmosphere. Shaun is always helping and pushing fellow lifters to be better. He ALWAYS has Skull Smash Ammonia Inhalants at the ready and his seasoned catchphrase "go handle your business" is everyone's cue to punch the time clock. He treats every kid in here like they are his, giving ou...t tips as a seasoned lifter, life advice, encouragement, or a "Come to Jesus talk" when they need it. Shaun is a source of constant encouragement & he gives far more than he takes from this place.
