We have a unit that will be ready very soon! It is being completely painted as well as having brand new flooring installed. It is a 1 bedroom. All kitchen appliances are provided. Maintenance is included in rent. Cold water, trash and sewer is also included in rent. You will be responsible for Electric and any other services. We are a Low Income Housing Property. This means we have minimum and maximum income limits. Rent is not based on income, but we do work closely with th...e housing authority. Rent will be $398. Deposit is also $398. Pets allowed... 1 cat OR 1 dog OR 2 birds. Reptiles and fish are allowed, but rodents are not. Pet fee is $250. This is not refundable. Criminal Background Checks are $25 and must be paid before your application can be processed. Not Allowed - Any Violent Felonies or Felonies less than 10 years from completion of sentence. Not Allowed - Any Violent Misdemeanors or Misdemeanors less than 7 years from completion of sentence. Must have good Rental History and at least 2 months of employment or other income or assistance.
