Let us go rejoicing to the house of the Lord. A psalm refrain for Psalm 122 -- I rejoiced when I heard them say -" Let us go to the house of the Lord." A fitting psalm to pray today for tomorrow we return to our houses of the Lord. A nice version of this is by Michael Joncas - Go to YouTube and put in the title. I know not everyone will be able to join us, but it will be great to come together. It occurred to me we last gathered on the 3rd Sunday of Lent and now we celebrate the Lord's Ascension. I guess that means a lot of catching up - 10 weeks of sermons? Not quite. See as many of you tomorrow as are able to come.

We're delighted to announce that we will resume public Masses on Sunday, May 23 at St Paul in Tarkio and St Benedict in Burlington Junction. Our last Sunday together was March 15 - so it's been a long 2 months and a little longer. Mass at Burlington Junction will be at 8:30; and in Tarkio at 10:30. There are some precautions we will need to follow. But we will be together again at last. Sunday we celebrate the Ascension of Jesus - Jesus returns to heaven. We left on in the middle of Lent - and now we're celebrating Jesus' Ascension. A lot happens during those weeks in our order of worship. We celebrate the fruits of it all every time we gather.
