UPDATE ON OFFICE HOURS DOORS ARE LOCKED DUE TO INABILITY TO MAINTAIN SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE All maint requests, complaints, questions about lease need to be handled through email, phone call or you can drop a note in the drop box. Due to the small area of the office and the inability to maintain proper social distance we will only see clients by appointment.... Appointments will be no longer than 15 min and if cannot be handled in that time please utilize email, phone call, text or a note. As of December 1, 2020 we will have a new online digital system to handle rent payments, maintenance requests or complaints. Update: For all tenant purposes the Facebook page will shut down December 1 as we are going to a new Digital program that we can do all correspondence through there:). Also the phone line as of Dec 1 will be 573.756.5222. Emergency line: my personal cell 573.631.7498... Everything should be able to be accomplished with the online system as of Dec 1. You will get an email with all details about it soon!

October 1 Rent is due Pest control will be Tuesday 27th this month.
