#SLEHCRA is preparing to release another Report To The Community outlining changes in the region's banking industry and new products and practices geared toward... serving low and moderate income customers. As part of the survey, we also make sure that voices of the community are included in the report. To that end, we are again seeking feedback from service providers and their clients. This link will take you and/or your clients to a quick survey of how well mainstream financial institutions are meeting your needs. I also have it in a pdf format, for those who would prefer to print them out for clients to fill out by hand.
