Good morning everyone. Wanted to share the latest housing information with everyone. Interesting market we are in right now. Median sale price is down, days on market is down and sales of single family homes is up. St. Louis remains a very affordable market for real estate. Most frustrating for so many buyers and renters is the inventory. The infographic shows we are at 3.3 months of inventory. In a normal market we would be around 6.3 to 6.4 months. Yikes!
